Restorative Yoga Reset Featuring Live Guitar & Sound Bowls with Areta & Dave

As Areta guides you through a chakra opening journey of restorative poses with crystal bowls, guitarist Dave Hiltebrand creates a continual atmospheric soundscape of original music synched to the energy of the room. This 90 minute restorative multi-sensory practice will open the mind and body enabling you to down regulate your nervous system, find stillness, release fascia and allow for a deep recovery. In a restorative practice you will have the opportunity to settle into passive poses with longer holds and slow stretches aided by props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps. A guided meditation will conclude your reset of the mind and body experience.

Areta, and Dave have been co-creating yoga/musical experiences together for a number of years. Both are passionate about their disciplines, and are super excited to bring you this collaborative immersive experience to Reach Yoga.
