Hubbard Woods Design District First (Actually Second!) Friday

On Friday, July 10^th, the Hubbard Woods Design District will once again host its monthly First Friday event! Please note that, due to the 4^th of July holiday, the event will take place on the second Friday of the month. Running from 4-7 PM, shops throughout the district will have extended hours, promotions, cocktails, and more! The event will further serve to continue the festivities surrounding the United States’ 250^th birthday, including bunting and other displays around the neighborhood celebrating the nation’s semiquincentennial. Live music will also fill the district during the event, adding to the convivial atmosphere.

First Friday takes place every month between May and October in the Hubbard Woods design district, the premier spot on Chicago’s North Shore for the best in art, home, design, fashion, and dining. Located on and around Green Bay Rd. between Tower and Scott on the north side of Winnetka, the area includes over a mile of walkable shopping throughout the charming and historic downtown.
