MEET TONY DUNCAN, a Chicago-born entrepreneur who established Body Science PFT in 2005. He is a dynamic and engaging speaker who is educated and certified in multiple areas of health and fitness including from the National Personal Training Institute and in plant based nutrition from Cornell University.
Fitness plays such an important role in overall health and well-being, especially in light of all the challenges in 2020. As we begin a new year, he will talk about New Year fitness resolutions and the top reasons why people often fail in their efforts. In a nutshell, how we sabotage our fitness goals. He'll highlight the main reasons why workout routines and diets often fail and how to avoid the pitfalls, stay motivated and keep on track to better health.
