The Cook County Assessor has opened New Trier Township for 2015 assessment appeals from May 1 to June 1
This is not a triennial reassessment year so only homeowners who have made changes to their properties will receive notices from the County, however all taxpayers may appeal each year.
The New Trier Township Assessor’s Office will again provide assistance to residents wishing to appeal. For those desiring a list of comparable homes, please call the office at 847-446-8200 and leave your name, address and phone. Anyone needing special assistance may simply come in. No appointment is necessary. The office is open Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5.
