SUMMARY:Vivid Art Gallery First Friday Art Opening
DESCRIPTION:Vivid Art Gallery will be hosting an art opening for its August exhibit "Summer Idyll\," which will feature the newest work by a selection of gallery artists on Friday\, August 5th. The opening\, which will run from 5-7 PM\, is open to all and is free of charge. \n\n \n\nThe exhibit will include the work of six artists. These include:\n\n \n\n1. Lucie Phillips\n\n\n\n2. David Keel\n\n \n\n3. Jane D'Angelo\n\n \n\n4. Wendy Briggs Powell\n\n \n\n5. Larry Simon\n\n \n\n6. Brigitte Wolf\n\n \n\nThe exhibit will include a variety of work\, from nature-inspired abstract landscapes to representational and abstracted art\, to large and smaller pieces. As the name suggests\, the exhibit will include pieces that exude feelings of summer and joy. The representational work includes barns\, wildlife\, and other scenes\, while the abstract works are filled with bright\, striking colors.  \n\n \n\nIn addition to Vivid\, there will also be a number of other stores in Hubbard Woods participating. In Hubbard Woods Park\, a balloon artist will also be present - a different vibe for First Friday!  \n\n \n\nPlease stop by the gallery during the month of August to see this new work.
