DESCRIPTION:Vivid Art Gallery is hosting an exhibit\, Scenic View\, for a select group of represented artists during the month of August. The exhibit will include a variety of different styles and subjects\, from representational to abstract\, and landscapes to still lives. The exhibit will include the work of six artists:\n\n \n\n	Amie Campbell\n	Julie Cowan\n	Jane D'Angelo\n	Susan Jacoby\n	Tamar Kander\n	David Keel\n\n \n\nOn August 4th\, from 5-7 PM\, the gallery will host an art opening with several of the featured artists on hand. Work will include large\, colorful landscapes\, floral pieces\, and still lives\, and the exhibit is inspired by the beautiful views one might see driving along a highway or country road\, ones that might make someone pull off for a better look. \n\n \n\nIn addition to the opening at the gallery\, the Hubbard Woods Design District will be hosting a district-wide First Friday\, with live music\, refreshments\, and special events. \n\n \n\nBesides the First Friday event\, the gallery will be open on Saturdays only from 11 AM -5 PM during the month of August. These include August 5th\, 12th\, 19th\, and 26th. The gallery will resume normal business hours on Friday\, September 1st. \n\n \n\nPlease stop by to see this beautiful exhibit.
