Plus the \;City \;of \;Highland Park \;chose \;Sheridan Estate Sales II\, \;TWICE \;from among more than 300 other companies\, to conduct a sale of their City assets. \;We are members of the \;Wilmette/Kenilworth and Winnetka/Northfield/Glencoe \;Chambers of Commerce\, in addition to the elite \;American Society of Estate Liquidators \;(ASEL). \;

\n\nSheridan Estate Sales II \;conducts early access \;pre sales on merchandise valued greater than $200. \; Why wait to buy that $200 plus special item? \; We do not respond to price inquiries on items less than $200. \; We generally do not respond to phone calls\, texts or emails during sales hours. \; Our sales are just that busy\, we sell\, we love to sell!
\n\nNo Photos or videos. \; You are attending a sale on private property and for the privacy of our clients no video or pictures will be allowed \;on the premises.
\n\nOur security cameras operate during sale hours. \; Your entry onto the premises will constitute your consent to use any photographs or video taken that may contain your image. \; We may display some of these on our website or use them for promotional or other purposes. \;
\n\nSheridan II \;honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number. At the beginning of the sale only five (5) customers will be allowed in the house. Fifteen (15) minutes later we will allow additional customers into the sale up to the house maximum.
