Prior to joining IHMEC\, she held leadership positions with JCC Chicago\, Northwestern University\, and Chicago Children's Museum.  She holds BA and BSE degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Northwesterns's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is the author of the New Success Rules for Women: 10 surefire Strategies for Reaching Your Career Goals (Random House).\n\n \n\nJean M. Francyzk\, Chicago Botanic Garden\n\nJean M. Francyzk is president and CEO of one of the world's great living museums and conservation science centers.  She is always eager to share the way in which the Garden improves the lives of people\, communities\, and our amazing and fragile planet.  Jean has held leadership posts in museums and science education in the US and UK\, including the Science Museum in London\, the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester\, and Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry.  She also served as chief of staff for the Chciago Board of Education and as a policy advisor to Chicago Mayor Richard Daley.
