\nNorth Shore Senior Center

\nTish Rudnicki\, MSW\, was appointed Executive Director &\; President of North Shore Senior Center (NSSC) in January 2019\, bringing 30 years of experience helping older adults live healthy and fulfilling lives. Under her leadership NSSC has expanded programming and outreach\, strengthened community partnerships\, and initiated a bold three-year strategic plan that will secure a strong and sustainable future for the organization.

\nPrior to joining NSSC\, Tish worked for 29 years at the Kenneth Young Center (KYC)\, a provider of behavioral health services to individuals of all ages and community-based social services to older adults throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago. In her last role she served as Chief Program Officer at KYC\, where she was responsible for overseeing all clinical and support services to 13\,000 clients ages 3 to 105.

\nTish currently serves as Board President of Coordinated Care Alliance\, a statewide network of community-based organizations serving older adults in Illinois. She is a passionate advocate for older adults and people living with disabilities and strives to support a lifetime of equity and independence for all. Tish and her husband\, Mike\, live in Barrington with their Leonberger dog\, Maisie. In her spare time\, Tish enjoys gardening\, hiking\, golfing\, reading\, and spending time with family\, especially her two baby grandchildren.

\nNorth Shore Senior Center
\n
\nNorth Shore Senior Center (NSSC) is a nationally accredited 501(c)(3) organization that serves older adults from the most independent to those needing more support. Established in 1956\, NSSC serves and engages more than 24\,000 individuals each year throughout Chicago&rsquo\;s northern suburbs. NSSC offers a comprehensive suite of services to enable older adults to live safely and independently including: specialized care for people living with dementia\; caregiver resources\; support groups\; counseling\; money management\; educational and wellness programs\; volunteer opportunities\; and a wide array of social services such as benefits counseling\, adult protective services\, general case management\, home-delivered meals\, housekeeping services\, and more. Social services offices are located in Northfield\, Niles\, Glenview\, and Evanston.
