About Us
NSSC is a nationally accredited 501(c)(3) organization that serves older adults from the most independent to those needing more support. Headquartered in Northfield, NSSC offers educational, social and wellness programs, specialized care for people living with dementia, social services, caregiver support, counseling, personal money management, and volunteer opportunities.
