Keep It Simple: Movement Over Muscles
In this workshop with Sarah Laspas, ACE® certified personal trainer, we’ll revisit foundational movements ingrained in each of us, relearning the movement patterns that were part of our early development, as well as those needed in our daily lives. You’ll walk away with simple, low-intensity activities you can perform at home to help improve balance and posture, promote the health of your brain, and fend off pops and pain. Comfy clothes and yoga mat recommended.
