Facilitator Michelle Fellman will show us how to use journals to explore various aspects of our lives, ourselves, and our relationships with others. Designed and developed by Kathleen Adams, a pioneer in the use of writing as a tool to personal growth, this course will help participants discover the writer within. No writing experience necessary.
