Event Description:
Mon. May 21, 6:30 - 7:45pm: Join the Go Green Reads book group at The Book Stall in Winnetka for a discussion of Garbology, in which author Edward Humes wants us to think about garbage – specifically the world-record-breaking 102 tons that the average American will produce over a lifetime. Both sobering and inspiring, Garbology is a much–needed inquiry into America’s trash habit. You do not have to read the book to attend. There is a $5 fee to participate, fully redeemable for any merchandise in the store.
