A Pause in the Season: A Time for Reflection
A Pause in the Season: A Time for Reflection
Join in for a mid-day meditative gathering and reflective
lunchtime to mindfully consider the Eisenhower Principle: “I
have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The
urgent are not important and the important are never urgent.”
Explore how this could be useful when addressing anxiety. Lori
Smith, BSN, will help us learn to reflect and to pause, to be
present and to prioritize.
Looking over Lake Michigan from the Lakeview House in
Gilson Park, Wilmette, we will discover new ways to slow down,
to be mindful in our lives, just as nature in the fall prepares its
own pause. Registration is limited. Lunch is included.
